i recently visited the showroom/studio of my friend [and jewelry designer] melissa joy manning to see what she has cooked up for next season. here is a taste of it.

I was so convinced that the bottom left piece was mashed potatoes that I thought the rest must contain food also (also, I thought “cooked up” and “taste” were alluding to that in the original description). The top right has a walnut, or sticky bun, and the bottom right has little bits of bacon. 

Then I realized the top left wasn’t food, and the rest probably wasn’t either…
